Hey guys. Long time never visit my blog due to my long working hours. Really deadbeat when I reached home... Stepped into my house at 12 midnight and had to go to work early in the morning. My life revolves around work and sleep. This current job changes my perception about this profession, really have to think twice if I want to commit myself into such a lifestyle. Left Harbourfront office at 11 plus and reached home at 12. My team mates are all workaholics, stayed till 1.30a.m. There was one occasion when our managers came to visit us around 9 plus and stayed with them till 1.30a.m. Wow, their energy level is superb. I am already very grouchy at around 11p.m. The reporting deadline is very near and had to work till late night to complete our tasks.
Haha, after listening much to my grumbles. Let me tell you something about my previous engagement. I am being assigned to Friesland (Singapore) Pte Ltd. From the name, I thought it's a company manufacturing french fries (薯条地。 Haha, it's not... The business nature of the company is manufacturing of milk. That's a picture that I have taken one evening after work.
It's Friso, milkpowder... Ring a bell?? It's located in Jurong Industrial Park, really a new exposure to me, a switch from Science Centre. Hmm, the 2 accounts supervisor there are quite friendly. Chatted a lot with me. They are very interested in our profession as auditors, kept asking us a lot of questions within our job scope. I merely laughed it off leaving my senior to answer them. =)After that, went back to my Harbourfront job. 2 miracles happen... =D A secret, don't try to ask me about it... My sixth sense is really accurate. Yea!!!
On KPE expressway... Took a picture of the ferris wheel on my way to work. The view on Benjamin Sheares Bridge is really nice...... =p
